North Shore Honda and it was like visiting old friends. The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. BILL, JACK Walsh and EDDIE were my main point of contact and they patiently worked with me while I weighed my options (Accord or CRV? lease? buy? color?!) I visited several times - and pestered them with numerous questions - before making my final decision to lease the CRV in Kona coffee. Each time I visited they provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this dealership.
Alas, 3 months after acquiring my new CRV, someone dented & scratched my door! GRRRR. I was very upset and I went to NS Honda to see what can be done. The Service Manager JaCK G. was super helpful, and both Bill & Jack assisted me as well.
JaCK G. ensured that my dent was fixed and the paint was touched up and I was more than satisfied with the final outcome. The best part was that it cost me a fraction of what I thought it would!!! :)
Seriously, this dealership is amazing in all departments - sales, service, finance and their customer service is A+++.
