John is incredibly polite and kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for in a car. He suggested a few models/trims that would meet my needs and explained the attributes of each car. He was never pushy but instead asked questions as we looked at/drove different vehicles, which allowed me to figure out the best car for me. Since purchasing my car, I've contacted John a few times with questions about different features of my car. He seemingly knows everything about my car and answers my questions, always telling me I can reach out again any time. I returned to Northside for a technical training on my car and worked with Herb. He is the most patient teacher I've ever had. I appreciate that Northside Lexus provides this training, and my experience with Herb was excellent.
