I’ve had a good experience most of the time. Once, when taking my RX350 in for scheduled maintenance, I asked the service rep to have the mechanics check the passenger side cooling seat system. Once, when taking my RX350 in for scheduled maintenance, I asked the service rep to have the mechanics check the passenger side cooling seat system. The seat was not cooling even close to the drivers cooling seat or my wife’s Kia Telluride seats. When the service rep told me the car was ready, I asked about the passenger cooling seat. He reported that the seat performed as designed. That was a crock. The seat does not perform anywhere close to driver’s side cooling. I was generous in awarding Northside Lexus with 4 stars fo this reason. More

Attempted to communicate with the dealer outside my area in order to secure a better deal for a vehicle, but they wanted to insult my intelligence by saying they dont sell "outside our area". I am sure if in order to secure a better deal for a vehicle, but they wanted to insult my intelligence by saying they dont sell "outside our area". I am sure if I walked in there with a check they would take my $$ without caring I lived in a city nearby. Already purchased a vehicle from a different Lexus dealership in a different city without an issue. This is just a poor way to communicate to a buyer saying you did not want to lower your price for the vehicle. More
