Team Work & Worth Outstanding! I have leased cars from Lexus before & have they have always been great from leasing a new car to service to collision! I was referred to Nick Makrak I have leased cars from Lexus before & have they have always been great from leasing a new car to service to collision! I was referred to Nick Makrakis, which is a very sweet man but he treated me like his daughter, even though we are probably close to the same age. :) He told me what to think about & consider before making a decision with safety 1st. The biggest thing I noticed though was how the employees treated each other. They always spoke highly of one another & when you were passed from one department to the other, you felt like you were talking to the best! Not sure how Lexus finds or trains their teams but they are doing something very right! Also a big shout out to David Trice! The team worked heard on finding the right car for me and when I arrived the car was presented to me with a big red bow, thank you David and Eric! Caleb took the time to answer all my leasing questions - of which there were many! For my previous car, I had not made a decision trading-in with Northside or selling elsewhere. I had let Eric know I had lost the title and Eric, on the spot, filled out the "Lost Title" paperwork on my behalf, just to be helpful, no commitments. That type of customer service, just helping to be kind, you don't get that experience anywhere else. Will definitely work with Northside Lexus again. More
