COVID aside, sales and service expectations were not met Our original salesperson was put on furlough after he told us he would get back to us within 24 hours with an estimate of the value of our trade-in. He was furloughed due to COVID, his boss was furloughed and no one followed up. They were advertising heavily, but no one was following up. We eventually called and emailed til we found someone who followed up. Once we bought the car, the interior had dirt and grime on the head visors and doors. Not something we expected. We had purchased/leased 6 cars over the years from NSLX, but this was probably the worst experience we had. We hope they can either choose to manage their workforce or advertise - - you just can't do one without the other. More
