The financial side took a while, seemed a bit disorganized, and we had to return to sign a new lease because we ended up not being eligible for an offered rebate. We returned the next day and had to wait an hour to sign everything again. This is the reason for 4/5 stars. Sales and technology were great and we are happy with the car. More
