When I went to Northwest Hills Jeep, I told John Diaz that I'd like to put in a custom order. He didn't try to sell me something from the lot for even a second! We had a custom vehicle built in just a few minutes. I made ONE offer, it was accepted without any pushback or hassle. Four weeks later, I had my custom vehicle. I will buy from them again no question. More

Best car buying experience, bar none. I had done my diligent research of vehicles online and secured financing through a FCU. When I spoke with John Diaz at NWH he confirmed the vehicle was available and was able to set up a short notice appointment for that evening. He then asked if I would consider their lenders as it would expedite the process if their lender could meet or beat what the FCU offered. There was no pressure; he just put it out there and let me make the call. I decided to go for it and I am glad I did. I hadn't signed any documents with the FCU so there was no commitment. The reason why this was my best car buying experience bar none is that I was in and out of the dealer in less than 90 minutes. Every other experience I have had with a dealer was at least a half a day excursion. I didn't even go with the intent to buy that evening but wound up driving off the lot in my new (used) vehicle. I don't know specifically who all else was part of the efforts (financing, sales manager, etc.) but I was legit in and out the door in less than 90 minutes. John had the vehicle ready as soon as I got there to test drive, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to quickly confirm information if he wasn't certain. I would definitely recommend NWH to anyone looking to buy a FCA/Mopar vehicle. John was excellent, and all of the staff was extremely friendly. When I am next in the market for a vehicle they will be my first choice of places to look to see if they have the vehicle desired as i would be happy to give my business to them again. More

Vin is a great salesperson, who is very knowledge, helpfuland caring. I wasn't rushed at all. Vin made sure he took his time, helping me to find the perfect vehicle just for me! In fact I was there for many hours. Vin could tell I was hungry and gave me a protein bar to eat, he has a drawer full of healthy snacks! It was a long day but a great day. Great experience all around John Diaz and the entire Northwest Hills team made our recent purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler a great experience. Everything from the details on the John Diaz and the entire Northwest Hills team made our recent purchase of a used Jeep Wrangler a great experience. Everything from the details on the website about the car including detailed car fax report to signings of paperwork was as seamless as I have ever seen. The Sullivan brothers should be very proud of the team and process they have put together. Special recognition goes to John Diaz for his efforts. It started with him taking my daughter on an original test drive and showing her how to drive stick. Then he had the car we bought ready on our test drive Saturday morning and did a great job going over the details of the Jeep. He went through all the paperwork and when we came back to pick it up and do our trade the whole process was less than 30 minutes because everything was ready to go.
