On April 29,2017 I picked up my Little Red. What a wonderful experience. Bill activated my XM radio and paired my phone. He emailed me a link for owner's questions that supplemented the owner's manual. Jeff Cormier worked his magic to get me the additional services and warranties I was looking for while magically coming within my budget, all the while making me feel very welcome as we traded fishing stories and life philosophies. We got there, met Bill, who was expecting me, and test drove the jeep I was considering. After discussing the features most important, we decided on the right model. Bill knows every square inch of the jeep and confidently explained all the features before and after the sale. The purchase was so easy.
