Even though William worked the Jeep side of Northwest Hills dealership, he immediately went to the GM side and helped to facilitate finding a Colorado. William answered all my questions, walked me through the various settings, On Star setup and even helped to "pair" my phone. I sincerely hope William is still at Northwest Hills when we need to purchase our next vehicle. Darren was very efficient and completed the financial paperwork in record time while informing me of the many options available to me. I also dealt with Neal when buying our Jeep and he stepped in and did the financial paperwork to help out a very busy Darren. This is my third experience with this dealership, two of which were Jeeps through Bill Reudgen (picked up my Grand Cherokee today) and I have only good things to say. Bill is a pleasure to work with. He takes his time to make sure he's listening to what you need and then sees that you get it.
