Helpful & efficient car buying experience Went looking for a car with Phil after he helped my in-laws find exactly what they needed last year. When they didn’t have a car on the lot with all the “wants” I had on my list, Phil & Ryan found one that was literally on it’s way to O’Daniel that day from MI. Phil called me the moment it arrived later that day & apologized for it not being clean. I test drove it & it was just what I wanted & what they said it would be (many bells & whistles in great condition). I picked up the car in immaculate condition after the cleaning & detailing was done & it went through service (just needed oil change. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Phil gave me a brief overview of how everything worked & I was on my way. Would work with Phil again, but hope I don’t need to any time soon, since I love the car I just got! :) More
