I have been a customer of ODaniel Ford New Haven IN since 1998. This dealership has 10 stars as far as I am concerned. For this review however I will focus on the sales experience with Austin Bohlinger. I ha 1998. This dealership has 10 stars as far as I am concerned. For this review however I will focus on the sales experience with Austin Bohlinger. I had not met him prior to this experience purchasing my 2022 Badlands Bronco Sport. From the moment I met him he was polite, with a friendly smile, and let me know my needs through the process was his primary concern. He helped me through the process of building my model answering my questions along the way. Upon submittal of the order he let me know he was available for any concerns and questions through the process. Once my order arrived he contacted me immediately to schedule a pick up time. During the process of handing over the Bronco Sport he went through the controls and functions allowing me to ask any questions along the way, never making me feel rushed. Thank you Austin for your help and service making my order experience a pleasant one to say the least! I would give him 10 stars if it were available! More
