My salesperson at O'Daniel's Audi was Samantha Hall. She was knowledgeable about the product and understood what I wanted. She found a car that met all my criteria including the color. The car arrived and exceeded my expectations. Samantha explained all the features and patiently answered all my questions even though the dealership had closed on a Friday evening. Most of the documentation was completed via email as I'm over 2 hours away from the dealership and we set a date for delivery. Everything was organized and ready to go.
