I work for another automotive dealer in Fort Wayne and I have to say Nathan was leaps and bounds ahead of our sales staff, both in customer service/relations and in vehicle knowledge. Walking in I had really no idea what I was looking for, just that a few vehicles had caught my eye. Nathan was persistent and professional in his quest to find me a vehicle that would work for my needs (absolutely no pushy sales guy shenanigans). Unfortunately I decided not to purchase that day, but Nathan was still happy to provide me with lots of information associated with the vehicles in order to make a decision at a later date. Ultimately, huge thanks to Nathan for his hard work and dedication, and good on the team or managers that trained him. More

As someone from the Detroit auto industry (engineering side) I find that salespeople rarely really know the cars. Even basic stuff like where it's produced, and standard equipment.
