The management is horrendous (Mark Girlich). He was avoiding my calls trying to sell a car I had put a deposit on. All I could hear was frantic screaming towards my salesman (which was the complete opposite of Jack.) He called me back AFTER he sold the car I put a deposit on. I love the service department at this dealer, sales management is complete crap. There is zero communication going on. Save your hard earned money and sanity and take it somewhere else where you are valued. No one deserves this type of treatment whatsoever. More
