I went in for what I thought was an oil change and tire rotation that was part of my Toyota care. They said it was just a tire rotation. I said I'd come back in the 1000 miles for the oil and we could due rotation that was part of my Toyota care. They said it was just a tire rotation. I said I'd come back in the 1000 miles for the oil and we could due both at once he said if I did they couldn't do the tire rotation because it wouldn't t be covered. They told me it would take 45-60 minutes. It took 90. I normally have great experiences there but not this time. More
