I didn’t feel welcome. I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Confusing on arrival and no one steered me to where I needed to go to pick up I didn’t feel like a customer. When I dropped off or when I picked up. Confusing on arrival and no one steered me to where I needed to go to pick up my vehicle when I returned. No signage telling me where to go. Technicians all standing together no one acknowledged when I walked by. I was told I needed to leave my vehicle for 7 days to get it diagnosed. Went to another Jeep dealer in town who diagnosed and fixed in a day and a half, with great customer service. Go elsewhere. Hopefully they get some good management someday. More

Brian is the first person in any service department that has ever spent the time with me to understand my needs and give the respect and help that I needed. So when he asked me to save his number in my ph has ever spent the time with me to understand my needs and give the respect and help that I needed. So when he asked me to save his number in my phone so that I could reach out to him directly in the future, I did it immediately. I have purchased 17 new vehicles over the past 15 years. I will never come back to get an oil change! your pricing is way to expensive it took 30 min. and had a $60 labor charge plus other fees and was told that the substantial increase in cost was du your pricing is way to expensive it took 30 min. and had a $60 labor charge plus other fees and was told that the substantial increase in cost was due to tariffs, I could go to any other oil change business and pay half of what I was charged. Makes me wonder what else you up charge on. Will for sure be shopping around when it's time to look for a new car! More
