When I was picking up my car, the check from my bank was sitting on their desk for two days until I brought a FedEx delivery receipt to them from my bank. Now I am waiting on a letter from them for the Proof of Vehicle purchase so that I can take it to DMV and register the car. It's been a week and half and no letter arrived yet although they told me it will take a week. I also placed an order for wheel locks on the day I picked up my car which is supposed to take a week. I called them up and they don't know what happened to the order. I worry about my future warranty and two year maintenance service they said they will provide to me. I have to start looking for other Toyota dealer where I can get those service from. I don't think I can/will trust their work on my car. Very very unresponsive and don't care dealer. Maybe they just want to take orders and sell cars. More
My experience started with speaking with Brice, he helped us find a 4 door Camry, and we took several test drives. We decided on a 2011 Camry, got a fair price, it was the end of the day, the dealership was us find a 4 door Camry, and we took several test drives. We decided on a 2011 Camry, got a fair price, it was the end of the day, the dealership was actually closed, we were pretty much rushed into signing the deal, although I will take the blame for not officially completely reading the entire contract, nothing was explained, just sign her please and initial here, I feel the deal was all they wanted to close. I have purchased several cars from Frank Ancona and McCarthy, the finance manager always took the time to go over the contract, payments, interest, amount financed, asked if I had questions. I am not happy with the way I was treated, told "you signed the contract lady, you didn't have a gun held to your head," nice customer support....I will spread the word..don't go to this dealership! More
I knew the vehicle that I wanted and viewed it on the internet. I had contacted the dealership regarding the car and had taken a test drive previously. While my car is too new to have any service experience, I can say the new car sales was the best experience I have had with any dealer. Loved not being pushed into another car other than the one I indicated I was interested in purchasing (new Prius). Was wonderful to just walk in, tell what I was interested in, quick test drive; then we one I indicated I was interested in purchasing (new Prius). Was wonderful to just walk in, tell what I was interested in, quick test drive; then we discussed color options - special order would not be available for about 3 months (but so were the 2012's) - better deal was to just wait for the 2012 model (turned out to come with additional standard safety features). Originally, I had queried another dealer about a Prius purchase - got innundated with leasing, other models, when I would set up an appointment, etc, etc - enough was enough, there are several other Toyota dealers in the area so we never got past e-mail exchanges. (There was a red one available at the time - just could not see me driving a red car). More
I had the best experience buying a new car that I have ever had. The whole staff went over and above my expectations. Everyone was in such a good mood, I wanted to hug them all. So HUGGGS guys. They were very honest and forthright with me, and that is so refreshing in todays market. Not to mention, I bought the first car exactly like the one I had(which I loved) then changed my mind and wanted the "Hot" new Release Scion. Our trade process started with Kelly Thomas regarding our 2008 Camrey Hybrid. Keep it under 50,000 miles so I can certify. We did and made a deal with Kent and Kelly on a 2012 Prius V, that we love. Great new car buying experience. My salesman was Robert Jackson and I would highly recommend him. He was very friendly and knoledgable and respected the fact we were limited on time. He was able to get me what I wanted and explained the details. I also thought the price offered was very fair and was in line with the research I had done on-line. They were also very helpful in going over all the bells/whistles on the car and how they worked. Just one word of caution: do NOT bother with getting the Toyota-brand remote starter. The range is not far enough to really make it worthwhile at the price point they charge. No knock on the dealership or the car or the service center - it's just not a great product and in my opinion not worth the price. More
