Terrible Experience I came to this dealership the other day searching for a specific vehicle I had found in their inventory. They notified me they had the car in their wa I came to this dealership the other day searching for a specific vehicle I had found in their inventory. They notified me they had the car in their warehouse and that they should be able to bring it over within the hour. Long story short, I waited 3.5 hours before the car arrived. The sales rep continuously told me false time frames in between to make sure I waited. When, I asked them whether it would make sense to come back another day they kept assuring me it was on its way and that it may not last if I came another day. To make matters worse, the director of used car sales notified me that this vehicles was misprinted and was priced significantly under market value but that he would honor his listing if I waited. When the car finally arrived, it was not even the right vehicle! Half of the features that were in the listing were missing (which they had again provided to me while I was waiting)! They advertised this vehicle as fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Yet, there was no navigation, no backup camera, no heated seats, etc. Worst car dealership experience I've ever had. The only positive (which was not nearly enough to give this more than a 1 star rating) was that the sales rep did not try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. More

We purchased a new "loaded" 2012 GTI in the last few weeks. The car so far lives up to its billing as a great Euro car. The sales staff is genuinely open, friendly and communicative and worked last few weeks. The car so far lives up to its billing as a great Euro car. The sales staff is genuinely open, friendly and communicative and worked energetically to find and order the GTI made in Germany that we wanted. Joi was a joy and Jimmy was convincingly enthusiastic about his own GTI. The price was acceptable. Some better up-front information about extended and tires/rims warranties would have been preferable, tho we did opt for the extra coverage. Also, the dealer could have been clearer about the expected method of payment. We are looking forward working with the service department and hope they are as good as the sales staff. Note that the neighboring BMW dealership hardly deigned to talk to us when they sensed we were potentially interested "only" in one of their base models. More

After purchase the i find out I bought LEMON!!Service call me and they ask me bring the car for inspection and because car stay there over night,they offer me rental NO CHARGE!! After 2 months i receive bill fro Enterprise,so i call them and they told me,VW never paid the bill,so they charge me!I contact VW and nobody call me,nobody answer the phone! After i wrote review on GOOGLE ,i recieve Call (TREATH) from VW and they start (HEY MY FRIEND,IF YOU WANT VW TO PAY THE RENTAL,DELETE REVIEW FROM INTERNET) TREATH!!!!!!!!!! This is soon unprofessional and they forget,dealership have job, and business, because of as COSTUMERS!!!! More
