Great experience, no pressure, honest experience I met with Shon Nix about a VW Touareg. He was very knowledgeable about the car (he knew more than I did, and I did my homework, so that says a lot). He also was able to very intelligently (and non-judgmentally) discuss other cars and other brands comparatively. The fact that he didn't badmouth other car brands and models said a lot to me about his character. The experience was great - I wish all dealers were like this. Shon was honest, and did not pressure me. We went on a great test-drive, and he gave me a good deal out of the gates (I did my homework, researching dealer cost vs. list pricing before even showing up.) Unfortunately, the car I wanted to trade in was a lease and was too far upside down for us to do the deal, so I'm going to stay where I am until the lease is concluded. Bottom line, I absolutely will be going back to do business with Shon in the future. More

Warning: Rip Off!!! I leased my 2011 Tiguan from these guys. Price seemed high but I loved the car so no problem. That is, until I wanted to buy out my lease. The salesman told me I had to go through VWCredit. That was a lie. I then asked him about the warranty, he said there was no warranty and that I would need to purchase one from them. Another lie. I called VW credit directly and they arranged for me to purchase the car directly from them and informed me that I did in fact have a 5 year power train warranty. Nice to find honesty. One more thing, the buy out price was $500 less than what the shysters at Open Road were going to charge me. Thanks a lot guys. NEVER AGAIN. More
