Outstanding! They did not have the vehicles that we were actually looking for, but Meron looked and found a vehicle that was better for us. Good and quick service. This was my first service on my GMC and think it’s odd that with a multipoint inspection I didn’t get a summary or any paperwork what so ever about what was checked. They scheduled a appointment at 11:00 am to cut and program a key fob I purchased the day before. I showed up at 10:45 checked in and went to the lounge. At 11:30 the service advisor came and told me t program a key fob I purchased the day before. I showed up at 10:45 checked in and went to the lounge. At 11:30 the service advisor came and told me the key machine has been down for days, no apologies for having me there, he told me maybe they would get it working. I waited again in the lounge. They got it cut and programmed and left around 12:30. The bill included shop supplies charge of $9.00 and when I ask what supplies they needed to use I was told that they used nothing, maybe I’m wrong but that seems like theft? More
