The experience was ok. Nothing that made me feel like my business was welcomed. If I didn’t like the car they wouldn’t have gotten my business. Then on top of that the car started smelling like smoke. Each business was welcomed. If I didn’t like the car they wouldn’t have gotten my business. Respond via e-mail to inquired to a listing for a 2021 Buick Encore Preferred that they listed on cars.com. The dealership has 9 different listing (as of 9/09/21), one was listed for $20,063, was told by Buick Encore Preferred that they listed on cars.com. The dealership has 9 different listing (as of 9/09/21), one was listed for $20,063, was told by Bevencia Faustin from the dealership, they no longer had it, said they had one for $22,630 and no big still a good price. So I checked further to inquire about a preferred color and was told by the same person that they actually didn't have any new Encore's on their lot and just a couple of pre-owned models. Disappointed that they would try to bait me to invest my time coming to the dealership, from an 1.5 hours away and only be sold something I didn't want. More

Good and quick service. This was my first service on my GMC and think it’s odd that with a multipoint inspection I didn’t get a summary or any paperwork what so ever about what was checked.
