In 35 years this was probably my worst experience with Orange Buick GMC and it was not that bad. I went in with a factory recall that included a computer reprogram and came out with new problems. I would think the mechanic would check the washer pump on the bench to be sure it was bad and not something else. But I'm old school. Looks like I need the computer module replaced. I'm having to go back to the original dealer because Orange cannot confirm my extended warranty. I blame Carl Black for that. It appears they registered my 60 month warranty for only 48 months. However, to be fair, they are going to fix it. Laura Cottom, in the service department, was very friendly and knowledgeable and she did her best to help with the problems. More
Had my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am towed in for service when the gas line got a leak due to rust. They replaced the entire line, plus many other items that were also rusted. Bill is no longer in inside service. Bad experience recently with new people. I was given estimate for repair that only included labor. Then when I got the bill I was overcharged 3 hours labor and pric recently with new people. I was given estimate for repair that only included labor.
