Arrived for appointment on time. Vehicle repair was completed (or so I thought) within a timely fashion. All employees were wearing masks, however, some employees had the masks positioned below their n completed (or so I thought) within a timely fashion. All employees were wearing masks, however, some employees had the masks positioned below their noses which is not an appropriate way to stop the spread of the corona virus via respiratory droplets. They repaired the vehicle and it broke down on the way home, had suv towed and called dealer and not one person would call me back. Horrible dealership. In the end I paid them over 700 dollars to replace home, had suv towed and called dealer and not one person would call me back. Horrible dealership. In the end I paid them over 700 dollars to replace the water pump and it ended up being the upper radiator hose and I replaced it for 30 bucks. 700 done the drain for knothing. More
