My first visit was to get information on Tacoma trucks, pricing, options, and availability. Brad Dyches was the salesman who took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated Brad's knowledge and underst pricing, options, and availability. Brad Dyches was the salesman who took the time to answer my questions. I appreciated Brad's knowledge and understanding without any high pressure tactics. I felt he truly listened and was only interested in finding the right truck for me. Unfortunately, the current inventory did not suit my needs. Almost 2 weeks later I received a phone call from Brad. He informed me of a new truck on the lot and thought it was exactly what I was looking for. He had remembered the details of my search and did not hesitate to share his find. At my request, he text me photos and details of the new arrival. Within less than 2 hours I was on the lot for a test drive. The Tacoma was everything I was looking for and better. I bought the Tacoma and felt Brent Brown Toyota treated me fairly! Brad Dyches was a huge part of my decision to purchase the truck. It was obvious he was primarily interested in customer satisfaction which I'm grateful. I love my Tacoma! More
