They didn't order the part needed to complete the service when I drove there for the appointment. The second time I had them call me when the part arrived. Great service from setting up my appointment to completion! I brought my Rav4 in, the tech took it from there. They already had my information prepared and they went to work on my vehicle. It took two hours instead of the promised 90 minutes and there was no food or drinks like Honda offers. I even arrived right on time. I literally had the filters changed about three months ago and they said I had to have it done. It feels a little slimy. I also got a text from them saying that I hadn’t been there for 10 months. What? Try four months ago. Get it straight and start treating me like a valued customer, not a cash cow. More
