Needs to improve when leaving customers on hold over the phone. They let me on hold for almost an hour and I never got transferred. Then I called again and they did not pick up my call at all. I bought my Camry from a dealership in Salt Lake and asked if I could get the Toyota care service at Brent Brown in Orem.
