They told me that 2 of my lugs were stripped on one of my tires. Gave me a quote to fix it for over $200 and 2 hours of my time. I left and took it to the place that put my tires on, they took the wheel off tires. Gave me a quote to fix it for over $200 and 2 hours of my time. Also do you guys not put the lug nuts on with your fingers? You just try to zip them down with the gun? How many people do you screw over? More

All went well except Jason didn't hear that I wanted the tires balanced as well as rotated and we had to wait again while they took the tires back off and balanced them. They would not warranty damaged parts. They claimed they did not know about, and had not heard about the defective part even after they supposedly researched the issue. The service advisor was hurriedly making calls as i picked up the vehicle claiming to have spoke with his supervisor and manager. A 1 minute google search proved them wrong. This part is known to be defective and was warrantied by another dealer. I will not purchase a vehicle from Brent Brown Toyota. I will not use them for service in the future. I was advised to not use them for our fleet service and now I know why. They proved the reason for not using Brent Brown Service. We will travel the additional distance to use a different service department. More
