I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, checked in was quoted an hour for an oil change and tire rotation that’s with an appointment. Felt that was a little long but it is what it is. Apparently they put me under an employees name that wasn’t working that day. So I was forgotten about and was sitting there with name never being called nor informed that my service was completed. I waited around finally got someone to check on my truck. I spoke with the service manager that said to me no joking “what’s up” 3 times before I could get a word out. I was treated like a punk kid and he was too busy to take a 2 minute conversation. Terrible behavior on his part. More
