If I had the time I would have talked to the sales rep on true customer service. I would recommend he reads a book called "Unreasonable Hospitality". It applies to all service-oriented businesses. He could have changed my opinion of Brent Bown Toyota by just applying some simple hospitality. I guess you have to learn the hard way. My experience was not positive, and I will not go back.
