Our sales agent Steve LeMon is top notch. He is courteous, personable and thoughtful. Tommy showed me my vehicle features. He was knowledgeable and patient. Jeff Hannigan from financing was a bit pushy and seemed to care more about making a warranty upsell than listening to my reasoning for turning it down. This made the situation frustrating. The dealership building as a whole is just okay- I’d expect more from a luxury car dealership. I was extremely disappointed that I had to learn about my brand new Escalade’s features and “take possession” out in the back parking lot, in the cold. I asked Tommy to move it in the service center garage (service center was closed) and even told him I just came from the doctors and was told not to be outside in the cold. He said no, we don’t do that. Instead he turned on the heat (which was thoughtful) but we did not learn about the exterior of the vehicle because of this. At Hyundai they have a well lit, inside space the cars are pulled into. It’s a much better experience. I would think Cadillac would have the same, if not better experience for its customers. More
