free oil change expired and was charged when I was on the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Had the girl double check because if I had to at I would not have driven an hour one way the telephone when making the appointment it would be free. Complete turn off. I am upset about the whole thing. The manager should have covered it and apologized for the mistake. More

Service at Otto is always good. I normally give 5 stars butt the oil change and tire rotation on my car took over 1 1/2 hours to complete. Promp, courteous and excellent at explaining what needs to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high. I leave my credit cards home because when I drive by a dealer I fear my c to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high.
