The communication about my car was awful and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. I dropped my car off on Wednesday afternoon. One of my issues was checked and everything was fine, the othe they don’t care about their customers. I dropped my car off on Wednesday afternoon. One of my issues was checked and everything was fine, the other I was told was being worked on. Thursday afternoon I was told it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. I called Friday and they said a part had to be ordered so it wouldn’t not be ready until Monday day… mind you the loaner couldn’t be taken out of state so had to cancel a trip… I called on Monday at 3:15pm and was told that the part had a 2-5 day lead time but was till expected that day. Tuesday I get a call that the part will not be in until 10/25-10/28 and that they would need the loaner back. I told them this was unacceptable but I would come get my car. When my husband arrived at the pick up location the car was not there. Ironically I then got a text from the service person that they needed notice as to when I would be coming as they must have been notified my husband was there. He had to wait 20 minutes to get it. They also charge 3% for using a credit card. Come on Cadillac!!!! Really!!! More
