Amber is professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. She explained the cars needs well. Her obtaining a loaner car made the servicing less “painful”. It was disappointing though that the same exact work done earlier this year in Florida at a private shop was significantly more expensive. This makes me dealer shy. The issue with the shifting of the transmission seems to be intermittent and infrequent. I’m wondering if there is a service bulletin about the issue.
