I have found Otto Cadillac to be a no-nonsense type of dealership. I had an issue with my old vehicle and was reluctant to "let it go", but as Bill McLean told me, it was time, and he helped me realize t dealership. So far all staff that I’ve dealt with has been excellent. Very personable and courteous. The only downside I encountered was waiting for a call when my mirror was in to schedule the replacement.
