We felt like services were being pushed on us that weren’t needed before our car was even seen. We felt like we were being lied to, and couldn’t get an explanation that made sense. We were told the issue we brought our car in for was caused from some thing years prior when our issue just occurred when the car was brought in. We have no trust as our paperwork didn’t make sense based on the complaints when we brought the car in. The loss of power steering and the check engine light was on when we brought it in, six weeks later when we get the car back the check engine light is still on. It was a hassle to get a loaner vehicle to begin with. Paying for $110,000 vehicle you have expectations of good service which you are promised when you buy the vehicle. every appointment we have had at the Albany Otto dealership has been a minimal of 45 minutes longer than estimated and any charge we have had has been overpriced. The Interior and exterior detailing was OK. The exterior still has red dots on the side of the car as if it was never Detailed. Which We were had to take care of ourselves. The stress of feeling like you’re being taken advantage of is not worth us returning to Otto Cadillac. We will be commuting out of town if we have to deal with the dealership again. More
