Service has already been good in the past, but this time I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I texted him and called repeatedly to be told “oh we think your car is ready we’ll call you back,” I couldn’t get any feedback from my service tech. I texted him and called repeatedly to be told “oh we think your car is ready we’ll call you back,” only to receive no call. I call back multiple times to find out if I can get my car and after waiting on hold for thirty minutes, I was told it was ready- 30 minutes before closing. It was pretty frustrating. My service tech, Galo Mora was completely unresponsive all day. More
