I really appreciate the speedy and friendly customer service. The car buying process usually takes so long but I informed the team that I needed to get to work, so they got me through the process in 30 service. Pacific has been efficient, reliable, and courteous. My service advisor returned messages, got the work completed on time and was nice doing it. My wife bought a competing brand at another dealer and had a wwholly inadequate explanation of the MMI that caused us undue stress on a recent trip. Now I appreciate Pacific new car delivery and service even more! If only BMW had more interesting new models I would never waiver. More
