Rene was great and these guys are the only BMW dealer in LA that operates properly. Others didnt return calls or couldnt access their inventory. This place clearly understands how to sell cars. Very cool feature that adds transparency to a typically opaque process. Wonderful measures have been taken during the pandemic so you don't actually need to go in to get your car serviced. More
