Both Roland and Aroutin (I think?) were amazing. Friendly, helpful, great to be around during the process. Often times dealerships use offers to get you in and then pull a bait and switch not, Pacific BMW, Ronald or Aroutin. The offer was real and they made it work on the exact car I wanted. I recommend Pacific Dealership for both purchasing cars and doe servicing them. (I uses them exclusively for service in my last BMW.) More

The work on the car and the staff involved were completely fine. The business model doesn’t work for me and I won’t be back. The queue of cars to get serviced was incredibly long and the one thing completely fine. The business model doesn’t work for me and I won’t be back. My experience at Lexus IS that I bring the car in at 9:39, they call me by noon to give me their findings, and all work is completed by 5 pm when I pick up my car. I’m not interest in spending multiple days to get simple service completed. More
