I have had the pleasure of entrusting my car to Manny, Jason, and Remy who have all been excellent! When my car had some unknown noise issue Jason figured out what it was and fixed it. Manny and Remy provide excellent customer service and are very easy going. They actually listen to the customer and make you feel like you are important. I recommend the service dept. at Pacific BMW to all my friends and family and even strangers. I would not even dream of servicing my car at any other location. The fact that I can rely on Manny and Remy without any doubts that my car is in the best hands is worth everything! More

Service was ok. The main disappears when I found out that our service coverage was ended the day before and I had to pay for the maintenance out of pocket!!
