The whole service experience was totally disappointing, frustrating, inattentive, unsatisfactory, and haphazard. ONLY Mauricio was willing to listen and tried to resolve problems. He was the ONLY employe frustrating, inattentive, unsatisfactory, and haphazard. ONLY Mauricio was willing to listen and tried to resolve problems. He was the ONLY employee who actually was helpful. The service advisor who took in my vehicle ( not listed in your roster above) disappeared, never to be heard from again. Others I spoke with could care less, until I chanced upon Mauricio who actually helped and tried to find out information. He should be rewarded for having the unique philosophy of helping the customer. More
