We apologize that your visit did not go as either of us would like, but we tried to do the best we could with your concern. Below is our position as to how we tried to help with your visit... This customer was towed in for a no start condition, the tech traced the concern to a defective starter motor. This was replaced and covered by his extended warranty. Customer came in to pick up and his vehicle would not start . His vehicle was brought back in the shop and handled VIP due to circumstances. Tech traced concern to his security system having a intermittent no start due to a defective key fob. Customer was advised that his key fob was causing his concern but unfortunately it was not covered by his warranty. This was a Dodge vehicle and had to go to Dodge for key fob replacement and programming. As a customer courtesy we provided our customer with a rental vehicle at our expense and paid to have the vehicle towed to Dodge dealer for confirmation of our diagnosis and to have the key fob replaced and programmed. The vehicle was picked up and rechecked by our team and delivered back to the customer.
