After nearly a month without his car, communication has been extremely disappointing. Initially, we were told the necessary parts had arrived and that work on the vehicle was underway. The very next day, we were informed that another part was needed and would not arrive until the following week. We understand that delays can happen, especially when parts are involved. Our issue is not with the length of the repair itself, but with the lack of consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. A week after calling for an update, my husband called simply to request another update on his vehicle. During that conversation, his service advisor, Amanda, was rude and ended the call abruptly. Later that same day, she allegedly claimed that my husband had hung up on her, which makes little sense considering he was the one seeking information about a vehicle that has been in the dealership's possession for nearly a month. This entire situation has been a major inconvenience for our family. Throughout this process, we have repeatedly had to contact the dealership ourselves for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. Despite being without a vehicle for an extended period, no accommodations or solutions have been offered. More

My appointment for an oil change and a safety call was at 10 am and they confirmed I could get my car back by 4 PM it was not available to pick up until 5:30 and no one as going to call me and give me an upd 10 am and they confirmed I could get my car back by 4 PM it was not available to pick up until 5:30 and no one as going to call me and give me an update.
