I had a warranty issue with my tire on my new truck. A new tire was ordered. It took until 11am the next day for tire to come in. It was only 45minutes until I arrived to have the tire changed out. Then A new tire was ordered. It took until 11am the next day for tire to come in. It was only 45minutes until I arrived to have the tire changed out. Then I waited 3.5 hrs. Until the tire change took place. To me it should never take 3.5 hrs to take one tire off a rim and put on an other tire on. It's a good thing that the issue with the tire wasnt on a the highway. Something should be done about time management. It doesn't take 3.5 hrs to change a tire and get the customer back on thier way. Thank for your time. More

Scott is always so easy to work with. Most recently I was due for regular service so I made my appointment online. Not even an hour later I picked up a nail in my tire. He immediately ordered my tire and got me in the next day to get me taken care of instead of having to wait another week. My vehicle was done in record time!
