I was very disappointed…I felt like after the deal was closed there was nothing you guys could do for me. I was ok with not being able to getting only one Key fob for the vehicle and even not receiving fl closed there was nothing you guys could do for me. Kevin Olsen was excellent and a true professional with great knowledge about the Corvette. My only complaint is that your detail shop are amateurs. Had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive was exception My sales person was Arron Jersey. He was referred to me from their digital marketing team. Had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable about the features on my new Chevy truck. Stayed late to help close the deal and take care of the paperwork. Picked up the vehicle the next day. There was no rush or hurry took the time to answer more of my questions. Called me back with answers to questions he did not have research on. Hopefully the service going forward will be just as excellent will post more on that as time goes by. Overall, I have to give a five star rating to Arron Jersey and the Palm Chevrolet team. More
