Paid way above sticker and waited a long time for a special order truck only for it to arrive damaged. Our salesman, Chris Dunn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Process for buying was long and slow, it would have been nice to have had each step explained and allowed us to leave vehicle we were interested in. We were too deep into the process to back out at that point, but felt cheated.
