Paid way above sticker and waited a long time for a special order truck only for it to arrive damaged. I asked the dealership several times to inspect the truck prior to shipment to me which they did n special order truck only for it to arrive damaged. The dealership has been difficult to deal with and does not seem to want to make things right. Be cautious doing business with this dealership and make sure all issued are resolved before paying. Our salesman, Chris Dunn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Process for buying was long and slow, it would have been nice to have had each step explained and allowed us to leave vehicle we were interested in. We were told that the dealership was going to pay for some "extras" we were interested in, but it turned out that we had to pay for them from our points. We were too deep into the process to back out at that point, but felt cheated. We were supposed to get a $50 card for taking a test drive, but it never appeared and even went back to ask for it, but with no luck. The advertisement is a come on. More
