Have had a problem with radio from day one. Had vehicle in many times with no success. Told Palmen would call me back when factory technician had a answer for problem. I waited 6 months and called back and told they will check and get back with me. Waited another 6 months went in and had to make an appointment, Palmen technician said he did not understand the problem and was going to check with factory tech. Will call me back with answer, never received call back. I call 3 times and left voice messages and finally got a hold of service rep and he was going to check then get back to me. Never called back!!!! More

Tim as were anyone in Service were hard to get find or get ahold of. When I arrived, there was nobody in service, I had to have the receptionist call one. When I arrived to pick up my completed repair, get ahold of. When I arrived, there was nobody in service, I had to have the receptionist call one. When I arrived to pick up my completed repair, there was no one at their desk, luckily there was a guy sitting in a separate office that I could see from the 4 service desks. He found someone to help. If they are that busy, they need a couple more to help. I rate the repair as very good, based on service last year that fixed a shudder problem with my transmission that Boucher Chevrolet in Mt. Pleasant were I live, could note fix properly using the same GM issued service bulletin. I rate the speed of service as good since I had a loaner vehicle. I would buy a GMC at Palmen based on their service. I will buy my next Corvette at some other dealership than Bouch because of their poor service. More
