I showed up 5 minutes early for my first visit, the door was open so I walked to see what to do. Some employee said they were not open and I had to leave. I understand the shop was not open but there is no was open so I walked to see what to do. Some employee said they were not open and I had to leave. Juan and Vince are great. We have had the vehicle one week today and I wont lie we have been back to the dealership twice in two days. Lug nuts were missing from two wheels and we had an issue with a module or sensor that caused an issue but Palmen service, specifically Jason Garon has been beyond awesome! While we do have some nerves about our vehicle and hoping for no more issues for at least a little while, we are very happy we purchased locally and that Jason is as awesome as he is!! More

Service writers are independent and don’t support each other. Ours was way overworked compared to the others. Multipoint sheet was not provide or written up. Also did not receiver wheel alignment befor other. Ours was way overworked compared to the others. Multipoint sheet was not provide or written up. Communication was non existent from the service writer while others were in and out arriving after me and leaving before me. No status or acknowledgment was provided even after promised. Tech also seemed to be loading. Good chance I won’t be returning here. More
