Never had an issue with my previous service advisors but the most recent one was quite unprofessional. Not only did he continuously address me by “Man” but when he called to tell me about the additional wor the most recent one was quite unprofessional. Not only did he continuously address me by “Man” but when he called to tell me about the additional work that my vehicle needed he did not tell me that the original service was complete. I had to call back to get that information. I don’t expect to be addressed by “sir” all the time but I don’t believe asking to be addressed by at least my name is asking too much. I usually don’t complete surveys but I feel this needs attention incase it is a pattern. I will continue to service my vehicle here but I would rather not interact with my most recent service advisor. Thank you More

Even though I decided to hold off purchasing a car for now, I want to give a shout out to Darrell James. Of all the car sales people I have dealt with over the last 5 years, Darrell showed, more than any now, I want to give a shout out to Darrell James. Of all the car sales people I have dealt with over the last 5 years, Darrell showed, more than any other, a level of professionalism and a true willingness to help me find the best deal they could get me. I cannot remember any other sales person going to the lengths Darrell did. Definitely not the stereotypical sale person one thinks of when cringing at the thought of talking to someone at a dealership. When I do finally start looking again, Darrell will be the first person I reach out to. And I want to give credit to Palmen as a dealership for not mandating high pressure sales tactics. It is a refreshing change. More
