I told the service department the exact code from carmax to be repaired. Palmen charged me 150 to tell me what I had already said I wanted repaired, therefore doubling the price of a wire repair.. custom to be repaired. My last visit was for an oil change they rotated my tires told me they couldn’t read my back tire had to pay an additional 125.00 to reset them I refused that left center with gauges on my dash that was not told me they couldn’t read my back tire had to pay an additional 125.00 to reset them I refused that left center with gauges on my dash that was not their upon my arrival I went to another business and was told all they had to do was reset them went right off I trusted Palmen to always to take care of my car now I don’t know More

I blew a tire on my way into Kenosha from out of town. Hit something, I’m sure from all the construction.
