I walked in, one person was on their phone another person was with a customer and the 3rd person was working on paper work, I stood there for almost 8 minutes till someone acknowledged my presence. I was back for a problem I had the car in with the week before that still wasn't fixed. I have had this in 3 times now and still same issue. Always an excuse on what is could be but still not fixed.
