Had an 11:30 appt to change oil and rotate tires - vehicle did not get done until after 1:30 . . Unacceptable! I took our 2019 XT4 in for check engine light on, they said the battery was discharged, 2nd incident within a year, but after hooking it up to "their" special tester it came back just fine. But we also ha said the battery was discharged, 2nd incident within a year, but after hooking it up to "their" special tester it came back just fine. But we also had an oil change and tire rotation done. No problem at all. We'll until we drove off and low tire pressure monitoring system lite up. Really? Now I have to go back the next day to get the tires filled. The people are wonderful and they are very helpful. It's the process and checklist, if any. Went back the next day and they resolved the issue. Thank you! More

They did their best to serve me even after they couldn't find a part for my car. They were able to order the part for me within two days, fix it while updating me on the progress.
